This workshop aims to provide human services practitioners, professionals, educators and students with a deep understanding of survivor-led advocacy, an approach that centers the voices and lived experiences of survivors of trauma, abuse, and systemic injustice. The goal is to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks necessary to incorporate survivor-led perspectives into their future professional practice, while fostering respect, empowerment, and ethical collaboration.
